I've had an integrated webcam on my Vaio for a couple of years now and never used it. My sister (who lives far away with an adorable nephew I rarely get to see) just got a MacBook and also has an integrated webcam.
We video chatted a few times through AIM, and when my dad got wind of what we were doing he went on Amazon and bought a webcam too. So now the three of us have webcams and we all want to chat together (three at a time). Sis says Apple doesn't let you do video chat conferencing on AIM (dang Apple, grr) so we're trying to find a mac-friendly free service that does.
The key - the three of us need to be able to video chat all at once. I've done a bit of googling and found oovoo and palbee and I see that gmail has chat but I don't know if you can video with more than one at once.
Any ideas or suggestions? I appreciate it!

i do video chat a lot through Skype . . . have you tried it yet? but am not too sure about video chat conferencing.
1we haven't tried it yet. It says on their site that they can do it.
We'll have to
check it out.
2I do video chatting with my apple. I have a mac account and do ichat with my aim friends. I hope this is helpful.
3i have both ichat and skype!
4I like ichat, but skype is a lot better!!
I talk to my friend in Italy daily though skype!
I use ustream.com so you all can have your own ustream pages that are always there. You can make your stream private if you don't want others seeing it. There is a chat (text) box as well. You can also have a "co-host" so two are on the same screen.
5very cool! Thanks!!
